To enjoy the benefits and savings of the First National Corporate Health Plan, you must join through the Plan's advisers, Health Link Consultants - using an Application Form downloaded from this web site or provided to you by Health Link Consultants by post or email.

If you join directly with the health fund HCF, you will not be entitled to the benefits of the First National Corporate Health Plan.  For further information about joining, please call Health Link Consultants on Freecall 1800 808 026.
