Ongoing and Fixed Term Employees
Ongoing and Fixed Term Employees pay premiums by payroll deductions. To join or switch your cover, simply complete and return the application form and the payroll deduction authority to People and Culture at the Bundoora Campus.

To enjoy the benefits and savings of the La Trobe University Health Plan, you must join through the Plan's advisers, Health LInk Consultants - using an Application Form downloaded from this web site or provided to you by Health Link Consultants by post or email.
