If you aren't sure which health cover option best suits your needs, you can request a free, no obligation review and recommendation from the La Trobe University Health Plan advisers, Health Link Consultants.

Online form - The easiest wway to request a review is to complete and submit the online review form.

Download a form - If you prefer, you can download a copy of the review form to print and complete... and then fax, post or email to Health Link. 

Speak to a consultant - To discuss your needs with a consultant, call Health Link on (03) 9670 5555 or 1800 808 026.

On receipt of your details, an experienced consultant will review your situation and prepare a personal policy recommendation for you.  This will usually be emailed or posted to you within 48 hours.
